You have the absolute worst

You have the absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. You took HOURS of precious time away from my family. Absolutely the most terrible customer service I have ever received. It took hours of phone calls, and a dispute with my credit card over a course of 2 months for you to refund me and I still haven’t gotten a refund for the 3 item.
