The couch took WAY too long top arrive after I was told it would arrive on different days repeatedly. Valyou didn't even offer a discount for the bad experience. Definitely not buying from them again.

Waited months for the items. The waiting can pass your credit card allowed denial of charges period. The color and fabrics sent was not like the picture on the site. Took a long time and any phone calls to discuss it when they would agree with the problem only to follow it with an email stating that the color and fabric was not wrong. Only refunded when credit card company denial was filed. Terrible return process, and customer service

It's been over a year and my order has not been completed.
