It’s been over two weeks and still no final resolution to the warranty claim that I filed for the damaged dresser I received. Would really appreciate the refund I was told I would receive. I gave two stars instead of one because I’m holding out hope that I will still receive my $1,400 back as promised.

Shipping took 6 months. The support team was very responsive but cannot express enough that I was shocked to not be offered any token of gratitude for waiting 6 months for my bed rather than just getting my refund. I genuinely believed I had been scammed by an offshore company at some point.

Customer service is friendly and prompt, but other aspects made it a poor experience. Delivery rules are unclear and i had to receive a refund. I should have received the correct size headboard in the first place but that had to be reordered/replaced. Yes Valyou's bed is cheaper, but design falls short, which is disappointing.

These chairs was damaged when delivered. I call when I receive the chairs. I was not told to save box . Would recommend
