I looked at many couches in person for the same price. I should have gone with one of those as this one is not great quality. I did not want to wait 3 months for the ones on backorder but I should have. :( Sad I spent so much on this.

Quality is low, shipping is long. Customer service was helpful and I always got what I asked for, but they didn't communicate well.

Customer Service in my experience was excellent. Product I ordered not so nice.

I've been waiting for over 2 months for my headboard replacement

Delivery times are unpredictable and take way too long. I also ordered a bed that never came and was told several weeks after purchase that it was no longer in stock. Instead of canceling and giving a refund, they keep telling me that they’re awaiting to hear if and when they’ll receive the bed. It’s a complete shitshow.
