Shipping happened in expected amount of time but was had to pin down.

Shipping difficulties and mis- communication ( until we contacted Jen) made this purchase quite stressful. Once we finally received the merchandise and the order was correct we felt at ease and are happy with our purchase. This company would do much better if they trained their customer service reps. to be transparent and honest with the customers.

Shipping and communication was good. Product itself was bad

The furniture is very nice quality. We're happy with the product. The shipping and delivery, however, was needlessly complicated and communication with Valyou and the shipper was very difficult, making the delivery process take much longer than anticipated.
