At first I did have a little bit of problems cuz I didn't add the coverage at first but that's not how it works in our country but then after the fact of talking to the manager and telling her I would send the couch back they did let me out the coverage because mishaps happen even though I'm single and basically I don't think anything's going to happen to it but you never know so they are wonderful to work with they shipped it very quickly and I honestly got to say I love this couch! ❤️
