Service took way too long, but did resolve appropriately. Expected Feathers to be much more comfortable than it is. Having to fluff every time you sit, annoying, and never really fluffs back to same as other side. Very disappointed that covers requested are not available, ever.

I experience awful inventory and warehouse communications involving out-of-stock products and shipping times.
