First, AND MOST IMPORTANT, they actually talked to me on the telephone - unlike Avocado Green Mattress Company, who refuses to actually talk to their customers. Second, they let me know exactly what was going on with my purchase and they delivered it the day they said they would. (I'm still wondering when I am going to get my mattress from Avocado Green Mattress, but I have my frame when the mattress does finally arrive.
