I was impressed from start to finish! I received a call after my online order to confirm. The bed foundation arrived promptly, and it was obviously high quality materials (and even smelled wonderful, of fresh wood). It was simple for my husband to assemble as well, using online instructions. Our only glitch was that we opened the box upside down, so didn’t have written instructions to start. I was under the misapprehension that you needed to assemble the slats within the frame. You don’t. They are connected with cloth. This is a quality product and company!
