I have nothing but praise for the service provided by US Box Spring. A live person assisted me in placing my order and even found a discount for me. The shipment arrived exactly on schedule and in great shape. Assembly was almost as simple as advertised and the finished product is exactly what I needed and expected. I can't ask more than that.
