I’ve been using the TechniVorm coffee maker for about 8 yrs now & love it. One of my thermal carafe no longer retained heat so I gave Customer Service a call. Even though the carafe was not under warranty the rep sent out a replacement free of charge. Customer Service like this makes me a life long customer. Talking to a real person who isn’t forced to follow a script is great. Thanks Moccamaster!
