I recently placed an order, which due to shipping issues with the carrier (UPS) and the USPS, was never received. Please note that Joseph Joseph was NOT at fault. Joy from JJ customer service attended to my delivery issue with kindness, patience and even apologised when she assumed she hadn’t responded in a timely fashion. It was a particularly busy time as Joseph Joseph was running a promotion. Joy was actually prompt and thorough. The matter was resolved in a way I’m completely satisfied with. I’m a Joseph Joseph fan and this experience has made me more so.
