I’m extremely disappointed with your return policy - which was not clear when I made my purchase. I tried to reach out multiple times for assistance. I explained that I hadn’t even unpacked the pots and wanted some assistance in sending back this very expensive purchase back to California. I received absolutely no help whatsoever.
