The initial shipment of glass storage containers from Joseph Joseph arrived with broken glass which was not only a disappointment but it was dangerous cleaning it up. The person who helped me at Customer Service understood that this was a situation in need of help so she replaced the shipment, which arrived today in perfect condition. I had requested that the shippers include bubble wrap in the cardboard box, however, and that was not done even though there was some space for this. Fortunately, this time they did not break in transit. I look forward to using these high quality kitchen containers.
