Highly recommended for anyone having neck pain/ arm numbness while sleeping. The pillow is high quality, cleans easily, and shipping was fast and convenient. I will be buying another!

Amazing pillow!

Pillow is a perfect mix of soft and firm. It's great that it is adjustable and that it is easy to pack and bring with me anywhere.

I love this pillow. You can adjust the height right out of the box with provided inserts. Then, while still retaining the character of a foam pillow, the Ecosa automatically adjusts to my position in bed. Since I sometimes sleep on my back and sometimes on my side, I appreciate that the foam adjusts itself with no fuss and I always sleep comfortably.
