Pillow arrived quickly in compact Eco packaging. I purchased this pillow because of shoulder pain as a side sleeper. It has been a game changer as I am sleeping so much better. I am utilizing one of the additional inserts ( being able to adjust the height is awesome). Highly recommend

Shipping is timely, the box is elegant and inside the box is the pillow, a drawstring bag to curl the pillow into when you travel, and 2 ways to build up the height of the pillow—after experimentation I use one.
