I was recommended this pillow by my acupuncturist, it took me some time to place my order as these things sometimes do. I should have ordered immediately, it's honestly been such a relief for my neck troubles. I had a smile on my face from the first night! I will also add that I had a typeo on my initial order which I noticed when I received the confirmation, I was able to get through to customer service right away and have that resolved. They were super friendly and helpful.
