Amazing and the best pillow I have purchased for years. Very comfortable and no more neck pains.

Side sleeper here with very broad shoulders. Love the idea of the adjustable height but also a comfortable contour. I can max the height with both pads to fit nicely in the crook of my neck and the pillow compresses comfortably while still maintaining a firm shape
