Was diagnosed with multiple herniated discs and disc degeneration in my cervical spine. Had a recent flare-up and was experiencing significant pain with all types of pillows (high/low, soft/firm, etc). Saw good reviews for the Ecosa and decided to give it a try. Go glad I did. Adjustable height is great and helped me find the best position for my neck. Helped reduce pain during the flare up and now my nightly pillow going forward. 5 Stars!
