I bought this on sale during Christmas and have just used it for the first time this weekend to make applesauce (since tomatoes are out of season. ) The YouTube instructions on how to assemble the 1. 5 horsepower machine are very helpful. I used 1 peck of apples to make about 2L of applesauce. Even with the largest machine I still softened the apples. It worked like a charm! Easy clean up. This machine is built to last! Shipping was timely and it looks like good customer service if you end up needing it.

Product was shipped quickly. The boxes were pretty beat up but I contribute that to the shipper.
