Even though the nozzle installation instructions aren't too good, it's still a great water dispenser. Although, it came packaged in a ridiculous amount of non bio-degradable packing peanuts that even the UPS store wouldn't accept to re-use. And the water dispenser STILL had some dings in it from the journey. Maybe find a more eco friendly and effective packaging solution?
