Well made product and just what I wanted and needed. However, wish there were some instructions and information especially related to the grease on spindle threads. I did contact Consiglios Kitched who advised me that the grease was food safe. However, don’t know exactly type of grease, whether I should remove it or leave it in place and whether I need to regrease every so often.

Gasket fit great on old TC 22 grinder

I think saying it makes orecchiette is a bit of a stretch. It basically only makes cavatelli- one with some diamonds imprinted, one with stripes, one with nothing. To make orecchiette, you'd have to unroll a cavatelli to open it up. So, truly, I'm only using to make the standard striped cavatelli because AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR DAT! Regardless, the machine is excellent, heavy duty, works flawlessly and was a great buy. Thank you for the great item.
