Shipping was 3-5 business days…it’s been 12 business days since I placed my order and my robe is still sitting in a warehouse less than an hour from place. I know everyone is going through shipping delays, but don’t promise a time frame you can’t make good on in this new business environment.

Over two weeks and no package. FedEx isn’t even giving an estimated delivery date.

Never received order, did not respond to my last email. Now I have to go to my credit card company to dispute the payment. 1st and last time I order from them

Don't purchase anything from this company at full price. If it goes on sale for 50% off the next day, they will not price match their own sale..
