Horrible experience. Dried plants received

The package was received by my friend Manjarita 1week after the scheduled date of delivery. She received 2 dried up plants with yellow leaves. the soil had an ant infestation. I had suggested Ugaoo to her with high expectations but you not only tarnished Ugaoo's image but also mine. Will never buy again from Ugaoo.
