Plant received in good and healthy condition, although one day late. Plant was nicely packed, and not a leaf was damaged.

Amazing. I have 7+ plants from this website, nearly all of them healthy and thriving. I also have potting mix and vermicompost that is just as great. The shipping speed is fast and plants usually come unharmed. Packaging is smart and effective. The greatest thing about Ugaoo has to be its customer service. They reply almost immediately and will replace or correct anything that went wrong instantly! The only thing that I can find wrong with Ugaoo is that the sold out plants are not restocked. But anyhow, this is by far my favorite plant delivery service and I will continue ordering from here for a long time.
