The warranty was the best part, remember this is one week into owning the door, and the warranty specifies door must be installed under canopy that provides significant coverage. Well, our new build didn’t have the front porch up at the time. When we purchased the door we were assured that it should be ok, since these doors were sprayed with exterior grade sealer that for sure would hold up till we got the porch roof on. They could not have been more wrong on that. It is unbelievable the workmanship and quality for a custom 8 ft front door. The threshold was the fun part too, we had to order a two inch extension so we could install a storm door, and for that, it took a month to arrive and was ridiculously expensive. Krossword, sell your business to a larger manufacturer who does quality control screening on a regular basis and hire a risk assessment team because your company is crap.

I got a beautiful door with doggy door, and I love it! My shepherd mix goes in and out with no problems, my puggle on the other hand is a little more hesitant as he is used to flap-style doggy doors
