My experience was more than satisfactory. Lisa was very helpful and thorough. My Solarstar 4 arrived in record time. My first juicing experience with carrots, celery, and spinach was fun and worked well. My second experience with wheatgrass was good when I learned how to add the grass gradually. I did find out it takes a lot of grass to make a jigger of juice. Over all I'm happy with my purchase.
