I had such high hopes. Order communication started out very challenging with no ability to track your order status except via email. When you call the customer service number it’s some sister company relationship and they can’t even pull the order. When it finally arrived, of the pieces did not fit and they made me jump through massive hoops Unpacking then restocking an unpacking, then restocking a picture that had no ability to view the full patio set. Only, to tell me I didn’t order the right set. Which was simply not accurate. But by this time it wasn’t even worth fighting about.after using the little cushions sewn short, These have considerably lower quality than their counterparts for the same pricing and every time you sit in them, they sag. When it rains, they puddle and sag worse. Overall, I saved marginally from doing custom replacements, yet I doubt these last more than a season or two.

I knew it was going to take longer than expected to receive my furniture due to Covid. However, on your website it needs to be clarified how Tortuga plans to ship the furniture. I live rurally and a semi truck cannot come down my driveway and most residential areas cannot accomodate a semi truck either. I ended up having to coordinate with the shipper to get my furniture delivered to a semi truck friendly location then move my furniture to my house (I purchased a 7 piece set that was 210 pounds). Sent multiple emails to customer service with no response. My furniture seems to be okay, still needing to put my coffee table and end table together. Biggest thing is you need to clarify how and who you use to ship your furniture So customers are aware before purchase. Also there needs to be a sales number on your website so if a customer has these types of questions they can actually get someone on the phone.
