I had such high hopes. Order communication started out very challenging with no ability to track your order status except via email. When you call the customer service number it’s some sister company relationship and they can’t even pull the order. When it finally arrived, of the pieces did not fit and they made me jump through massive hoops Unpacking then restocking an unpacking, then restocking a picture that had no ability to view the full patio set. Only, to tell me I didn’t order the right set. Which was simply not accurate. But by this time it wasn’t even worth fighting about.after using the little cushions sewn short, These have considerably lower quality than their counterparts for the same pricing and every time you sit in them, they sag. When it rains, they puddle and sag worse. Overall, I saved marginally from doing custom replacements, yet I doubt these last more than a season or two.
