The more I get into running my small business the more I appreciate customer service. I order so much through Amazon, but Eric at ToolsToday was great about helping me understand a few quirks about the bits I was looking at. I ultimately decided I should buy from them as they provided such good support, and found not only were their items the same price as Amazon but they actually got it to me a day sooner than Amazon would have.
