old store dont' use TOOLSTODAY

Purchased a router bit from Tools Today. Received it within 2 days. Went to use it and it broke because I may have hit a nail head. Told them what happened and asked if anything can be done and they sent me another one within 2 days at no charge. Wonderful to deal with.
