old store dont' use TOOLSTODAY

I like your bits and blades and order them when I need them. However the emails you send out rub me the wrong way. Trying to sell me thinks you think I need just does not work. I turn off your emails.

I ordered a tambour bit set, but did not receive it. Customer service (Eric H.) quickly responded to my inquiry and had my replacement bit set delivered the next day. Excellent after-sales service.
