Trustworthy - Customer Centered Support
I have been buying CNC Router bits from Tools Today for the last year or so (quite a few as a matter of fact) and I had the first issue with a product a few weeks ago.
One of the bits I purchased in a set had balance issues (caused high vibration in the spindle) and after contacting support, Andy was able to ship a replacement the same day. There was no arguing, delay or comments, they simply stood behind their product and did the right thing.
It's a sad commentary on the state of things these days, but not all vendors understand that customer satisfaction is the lynch pin for business development.
They treated me like I treat my customers and for that, I am grateful.
