Your service was great. However, I was confused by what I ordered from your online catalog. I ordered 1/2 inch diameter 16 inch long (cutting portion) sds+. I thought it was a 3/8 inch shank. But instead the shank was much larger and would fit into my Bosch hammer drill. So I am returning the 2 drill bits for a refund.

It arrived on time by DHL the shipping charges was less than I expected and on time,, the products was as it should be in an excellent packaging.

Very pleased with the service and extremely pleased with the shaper cutters from Amana tools.

Easy website to use to find the tools I needed. I have received my orders in a timely manner. I continue to shop here and I do not usually shop online.

Good site, well organized, clear describes the items well, but I had a little trouble applying the coupon discount, would it be possible to give a substantial discount to your Canadian friends! In my opinion there would be more consumption, the exchange rate does not help. thank you .
