I tried to cancel my
I tried to cancel my order online immediately after placing it as I ordered in error. I got an ai response that it was fine to cancel as the order hadn’t been fulfilled but I had been sent to the team for processing. I didn’t hear anything back so sent an email to customer services asking the same thing and got the same AI response. The order was then shipped the next day. I still haven’t received any response from anyone relating to the order. I have been so busy that I haven’t been able to deal with the knife received yet.
I am really disappointed in the customer service, particularly as an investor in your company. Previously your customer service has been excellent when I’ve experienced issues with your knives. I think entrusting this important function to AI is a mistake and clearly doesn’t work.

Sent me the wrong products, return link didn't work so I had to pay my own. I've had no communication as they haven't emailed me back. I'm yet to receive the correct products over a week and a half later

Good product but terrible service.
Good product but terrible service. The knife was dispatched 2 weeks later than the timing per shipping info on the website, and no one from TOG got back to me when I tried to get an update in that period.
