We paid for white glove delivery, and we are still waiting. Shipping from Titan was quick, to our state of Oregon, but it arrived June 8th and we have still not been contacted to schedule delivery, it is now June 23rd. Titan should be following through with their subcontractor to make sure it is delivered and their customers are satisfied. We are very unsatisfied, but hopefully we will love our chair, if it ever gets to us.
