On Christmas Eve, five family members took turns (several more than one) in my new chair. I hope you give referral credit when they buy one. As for set up: it was very easy. Jason called from Titan chair to inform me of the difficulties not getting the OS Champ in my preferred color. He upgraded me to a 3D chair in black and looks great. The driver was very helpful explaining how to unbox the chair. He explained that the chair unboxed weighed only 125lbs not the advertised 350lbs. This mad it very easy to move even downstairs with help. My wife can’t get enough! For years she poo pood the idea of a massage chair in her house. Now she is in it every day!
