Easy to order. Timely shipping and filters worked great.

My replacement part arrived pretty quickly despite the pandemic and was packaged well. However, after attaching it to the appropriate connection I've had some difficulty having it stay connected. The section that's attaches doesn't hold well and the hose frequently disconnects and falls away - it appears the hose "prongs" that insert into the vacuum connection aren't quite long enough to keep the hose attached when pulled on firmly. I will use electric tape to keep it attached for now, I need the vacuum right away. Will seek other hose later.

Gets the job done.

The filters are great and have ordered 2x now the double pack for 2 of my air cleaners. They are just a tad short of fitting top to bottom but I fold a little piece of cardboard across the bottom to make it work just fine. Will continue to order since the best filters and great prices.
