Great customer service for a great product. I was waiting for a while to see if Yamazaki would have something for vinyl records and they finally did. Package arrived quickly but unfortunately I saw a dent caused probably by delivery. The customer service responded quickly and handled the case with an amicable solution. The cabinet itself looks beautiful and fits my interior - I’m surprised how heavy and solid it was. All in all 10/10 experience !
