This is my second order with Steady Hand. Both times the product was perfect, including the packaging and instructions. This last order I made a mistake and chose the wrong brand of cubbies for one of the items. I got an email from Steady Hand asking if I intended to order the single item for a different shelving brand. I’m so glad they caught my mistake!
