The desk arrived but without the caster set ordered. Customer Service shipped the missing parts promptly after I called. The desk is wonderful but a bit challenging to assemble because not all the screw holes were marked on the desk top.

Extremely high quality! Fits really well with their large wooden tops, a little too much upward force for smaller desk tops. I had a specific piece of wood I wanted to use as a top, and the Nimbus base isn't adjustable to lighter tops. So I had to return it. Excellent customer service!

A grommet option would be great!
