Great customer service and product. When I was assembling my desk on a Sunday, I emailed a question to the support email and first thing on Monday I got an apologetic email with the answer to my question and something along the lines of “sorry it took so long to get back to you.” Prior to ordering I also asked a question and just after ordering I realized I picked the wrong color on the order form and quickly emailed. In each case, they responded very quickly! The product itself seems great, it raises and lowers with little effort, even burdened down with two computers two monitors a big clunky ergonomic keyboard, some books, etc. etc. It’s still new so we’ll see how it holds up over time, but I am very hopeful that I will have and love this desk for a long time, since it’s pneumatic and not electronic. The price point is very reasonable for a product assembled in the US with real people answering questions in near real-time.
