The 3 packages were well protected, and the Desk was quite easy to assemble. Again, Customer Service was excellent.

I was hesitant to buy the Kloud desk because of the price (many electrics are much cheaper) but I didn’t want to be tethered to a cord since I move my desk around studio. Good pneumatic desks are surprisingly hard to find and I was hoping to buy a desk built in the US. After much research I happened upon this little company in Michigan. The return policy is very straightforward so I decided to buy a 54” desk. The Kloud was easy to assemble, works flawlessly and is adjustable to different weights capacities. I was so pleased that I bought another. It’s definitely an investment but the quality is great and the pneumatic mechanism works flawlessly. I also appreciate the support and that I hear back promptly on questions before and after the sale (thanks Tyler). Very satisfied with my 2 desks and would recommend to anyone wanting a quality pneumatic desk. Thanks!
