Chair arrived packaged very well and is very easy to put together. You will see a few people mention difficultly attaching the arm pads. It really isn’t difficult at all. Turn the chair on its side and have some good light on it. Align the screws into the pad without the chair first so you understand the proper angle to thread the screws at when trying to mount the pads. The chair is very sturdy, and the veneer is a very nice matte finish. Leather is supple, and very soft. Feels great overall. I’m 5.7” or 5.8”, and the standard height is nice for me. The finish in every aspect very good. This is as far as I know the only eames replica on the market using open cell foam as they should be, and you can tell upon using the chair. I have no complaints from service, to the chairs quality.
