The chair and ottoman arrived a day early with no damage. Assembled it in about an hour with no issues. All pieces and parts were easy to identify and put together. The extra screws, feet and Allen tools included were appreciated. Very comfortable and we are happy with the quality. The only surprise was the light tone of the ivory leather; not a real issue at all, we were just expecting a little more of a cream color.

Strong packaging, but once you figure out how to pry off the framing cardboard it goes smoothly. Big plastic bags holding the furniture make it convenient to clean up after opening.
