The chair arrived promptly. The delivery service was efficient and professional. The packaging was extremely secure (in fact taking it apart took longer than expected). The chair was in perfect shape. Assembly was not difficult, although having a second person to help hold pieces as you screw them together is helpful. The chair is beautiful and comfortable. The quality is fully comparable to the Herman Miller original.

Will definitely order again if needed.

We got our chairs today and even though the exterior boxes were damaged the chairs were perfect inside aside from difficulty assembling the arms they are exactly what we wanted.

This is the best Eames replica I’ve seen. Easy to put together too. Tip: when installing the arm pads start with the front screw.
