A great chair and tons of people love the looks of it. The chair is comfortable and only needed to assemble the legs and arms, so maybe 15 minutes max. The packaging was great and study, so no issues with scratches or anything of the sort. Great quality for the price!! As for the shipping, I had to tip the driver in order to bring it up to my apartment as for the tall chair, there is only the option to drop it off still on a pallet. I think it needs to be made more apparent on the website and throughout the purchasing process that this chair will be left on a pallet and/or given the option to upgrade to in-home or door-to-door shipping options. I had to run to an ATM to grab some cash in order to have the driver drop it off in front of my apartment door.

The quality of the materials are very good. The chair came packaged very well, and on a pallet. The downside is all the small amount of assembly required, and getting rid of all the packaging materials and the pallet.
