The customer service was great. I started out by requesting a sample of the leather to see how it would match up with the other upholstery. It arrived quickly and I was excited to see it was a good match. I ordered the chair the same day. The chair was well packaged when it arrived. Assembly was straight forward. The end result looks amazing and the chair is so comfortable.

Very comfortable. Arrived in excellent condition and was well protected and padded for shipment. Easy to assemble. Happy with my purchase-- looks and sits like a true Eames for a fraction of the cost.
