It was packed well without damage, the assembly was straight forward and it looks awesome. Comfortable (my dog agrees), looks very cool (my wife agrees) and best of all music actually sounds better while sitting in it (working on someone to back me up on this point).

This is one of the best quality pieces of furniture that I have ever purchased. Assembly was easy and all parts fit together flawlessly. My wife has been in the furniture manufacturing business for over 30 years and she agrees. Not only that, she says she has never seen an imported piece packed so carefully to ensure there was no damage. Now here's my problem: My wife likes the Iconic Chair so much that she has decided to take it over from me! Looks like I'll have to order another to be able to enjoy the great seating! Fast shipping, Easy and minimal assembly. Quality is great. I think if I had do overs I would order the tall version. I am only 5 ft 4, but feel taller version would support head. Yes know original is meant to just be shoulder support. Wonder if other low cost versions are the same? Are they all made from the same factory in china? Inquiring minds want to know! But feel this "copy" has all the bells and whistles. Couldn't be happier.

For not being an "orignial" this is very, very good quality, you can tell by the leather, plywood and base. Was easy to put together, took maybe 5 minutes. I plan to buy another at some point.
