My delivery was initially lost with the courier, when I contacted sales they were very helpful and resent my order straight away and I received it within two days . Great customer service

I needed some M3 x 5 CSK Stainless Steel screws and was struggling to find them locally. They showed up on the Fastener Factory website and I received them within a few days of ordering. They were exactly what I needed and much more convenient than running around locally to try and find them. I will finitely be using the Fastener Factory again.
