We don’t live on PEI but our daughter does and we bought her a knife to replace one she had before. Her original purchase was from the Cooks Edge and they were able to help us decide which one to get her as they remembered her. They were so knowledgeable and attentive and gave us options that made our choice easy. Our daughter loved the knife and we know she will return there to purchase many more.
